Application: This hose is specifically manufactured for  dock and offshore operations of petroleum
products containing not more than 25% aromatic hydrocarbon content.

Construction

Lining : Uniform lining of suitable rubber compound, resistant to all grades of petroleum and blended products having aromatic hydrocarbon content not more than 25%

Reinforcement

Plies of Natural or synthetic woven fabric rubberised with a suitable compound and two helical GS wires, (as per IS 280/78) embeded in the case of smooth bore and in rough bore hose, the ???rst is internal and the second is embeded.

Electrical Bonding

A Copper wire comprising of a number of strands is embeded between the reinforcement plies to provide electrical continuity along the whole length of the hose.

Cover

Chloropreme rubber outer cover having plain or corrugated cloth marked finish, resistant to oil, abrasion and weather.

End Connection

The hose has built - in nipples with or without flanges as per customer's specification.

Tempperature : - 40°F to + 200°F - Length 3.65 Mtr. 5 |vm., 10,Mtr. 15 Mtr.

A range of metallic flexible hoses are manufactured in SS AISI 304, 321,316 & 316-L conforming to BS 6501: Part 1:1991 / ISO 10380: 1994

Stainless steel corrugated flexible hoses are offered from 6 mm NB (1/4") to 200 mm NB (8"). The annular corrugated hose body provides the flexibility and pressure tight core of the assembly. We also manufacture highly flexible close-pitch hoses for special applications

When Pressure is applied, unbraided corrugated hose tends to elongate axially. To restrain this, an external layer of SS wire braid is provided. The braid also makes the assembly pressure resistant. Some times two or even three layers of braiding are provided for high pressure applications. The braiding is highly flexible and follows the movement of the hose.

The braid is normally manufactured in SS 304 wire. However SS 316 and SS 321 braid can also be manufactured. We also supply wire braid in different configurations as per customer specifications.
